A fun and cool looking flogger and comes with elastic strIps to place three fingers into, and wraps around wrist connecting with velcro for easy on and off. Comes with 3 quarter-inch strips of leather approximately 21 inches, and rivets on the ends. This finger flogger comes with spikes, giving it a great look.
