Eagle Flogger

Description

This very cool-looking flogger is handcrafted with the finest leather. A metal rod is place between two strips of leather and sewn. An eagle medallion is then placed on the flogger to give an interesting appearance. This flogger is designed perfectly for the hand grasp and comes with numerous strands pointed at the ends. Makes a loud noise when used. Also included is a leather strip for hanging the flogger on a hook.
